I watched several thrillers in these days. This is the first time that I try this kind of movie. And I realized that it is not suitable for me. Even I can’t open my eyes when I watched the movie. And when I saw the 3D movie, I put my 3D glasses and my own glasses away. I am very curious that why so many people like to watch thrillers and don’t get any scaring. I am looking forward to watching Harry Potter 7 part 1 in few days.

Reaction to the blogging project

•What did you like about it? What didn't you like about it?

I think blog project is a wonderful zone that everybody can communicate with each other. Before, I never write blog, even in my own language. But now, I find a lot of fun from blog. The communications are very funny and relax so that is better to our relationship. And we can also improve our English, because we can see how others do. So we can learn a lot from others. I really enjoy the discussing part, because sometime we have different ideas so that we can have many arguments. Sometimes we have the same ideas, and they we can share our experimentation with each other. It is very interesting.

•What did you learn from participating in this project?

I never use blog before. I learn a lot from this program. For example, I know how to use create a blog, how to add friends and how to post and how to communicate with my friends. Moreover, I got a lot of information from my classmates. They have different ideas about same thing. So I can think deeply.

•Should marks be given to this project?

I think that marks should be given to this project, because it is a part of our study. In my opinion, learn knowledge; especially learn language is not only study at school or study from books. The main goal of we study English is to communicate with others. And blog project is the part of this. So it should have a evaluation of blog.

online games

Teenage online players have a “number of serious social problems”. They have little ability to avoid lures from games. So they spend a lot of time on playing online games and enjoy with the virtual world, even addiction to games. It will cause several problems if they addict. Sometimes they can not distinguish the real world and virtual world clearly. Some of them would do some bad things in order to get money. Also they would waste a lot time and even loss their life. So society should pay more attention on them.

1. How do you feel about your paper? Explain

I think the topic of my paper is quiet simple to understand, because there is not much professional staff on it. I like children’s products very much, so I am very happy to choice this topic. It is too easy for everybody, but I hope that everybody is interested in my topic when I present.

2. If you had a chance to start over, what would you do differently?

If I had a chance to start over, I think I will put some more professional staff on my paper. And find more information to support it. I will make my paper strong. And I won’t move home during I preparing the paper!

3. What are some skills you improved in while doing the paper?

 

I learn a lot of things from while doing the paper. First of all, I know how to use the library. It is very important thing and will very helpful after I enter to the university. The most important thing is that I know how to write a. In my opinion before, I just thing that write a paper is just put the word and information on. Now, I know the rules of how to write a paper in correct way. Moreover, I learn some knowledge of my interest thing.

Discrimination

"Oh, Great Spirit, keep me from ever judging a man until I've walked in his moccasins."

In my opinion, this sentence means that we can never judge someone just through his/her surface, or because the different cultures, behaviors, religions…Everybody has the equal right to be respected by others. We can think that if we are the one who are discriminated by others, how we will be hurt. Otherwise, everyone has their own beliefs and behaviors. We can not say that something which we never heard, or never know before are wrong. Because there are always billions of things that we can never know. At the same hand, we also have a lot of behaviors that others are never know. It is possible that we laugh at others while they laugh at us. So, don’t be parochialism.

Population

1. How many children did your grandparents have? What about your parents? How many
children do you (want to) have?

There are 2 children in my father’s family and 2 children in my mother’s family. I am the only one grandchild of these two families.

Actually, I never think about the question that how many children I want to have. Because I am still young~~ lol~~~lalalalalalala

2. What is the population of your country? What impact does the population have on the
quality of life there?

The population in China now is over 1.3 billion. It brings many problems such as education, resource consumption, traffic jam, even the housing problem.

3. Has there been a significant population shift in your country from rural areas to urban
areas? If yes, what are the consequences?

There are more and more people who come from rural areas go to big cities for good education and better job opportunities every year. This situation lead to many problems. Lake of labour force is the most severe problem that faced by the people live in rural. As well, it also causes a lot of problems in big cities. People in big cities now are more difficult to find job than before. Children are not easy to have a seat at school, even at kindergarten. Traffic jam is an eternal topic in big cities...

Life of pi

This is a absorbing novel that touch me deeply. It is not only tells an amazing story, but also arouse readers thinking a lot. I like the journey part of this book even this part has a lot details that took me many time to read. Because this is a very positive part, which is talking about how Pi lives on the lifeboat and treats with the tiger. His faith and strong mind support himself alive. He never gives up and overcome his fear. Compare with the situation with Pi, I think I should have a faith that push me do better than now.

Research Topic

I read a short article about the different marketing strategies between H&M and ZARA. I think it can become an interesting topic, because everybody know these two brands and easy to understand what it is. Actually, I thought about several topics, but I was not sure “whether students should wear school uniforms” can write 12 pages and find any information from library. It is?

The Expendables

                                     I watched a move named The Expendables recently.
                                     I like it very much.
